Privacy and Cookie Policy
A short explanation of what information we use when you visit bordrom.com, why, and how you can manage cookies.
Scope
This policy covers only the bordrom.com website. Payroll and employee data in the Bordrom application is processed under the contract with the employer using it and the employer's own privacy notice. Details on personal data processing are in our Personal Data Notice.
Information we collect
- What you give us: the name, company, email, phone, employee count and message you enter in the contact form. It is emailed to our team only to answer your request and is not stored in a separate database on the site.
- Generated automatically: security and error logs such as IP address, browser information and access time.
- Collected by cookies: site usage statistics; ad measurement only with your consent.
Cookies
Cookies are small files stored in your browser when you visit a site. We use three types:
| Type | Purpose | Example | Consent |
|---|---|---|---|
| Required | Secure operation, bot and attack protection, remembering your cookie choice | Cloudflare and Cloudflare Turnstile cookies, preference record | Not required, cannot be turned off |
| Analytics | Measuring how pages are visited | Google Analytics cookies loaded via Google Tag Manager | Used on every visit |
| Marketing | Measuring ad performance and showing relevant ads | Google advertising cookies | Only with "Accept all" |
Required and analytics cookies are used on every visit. Marketing cookies run only if you choose "Accept all"; they are not used if you choose "Reject marketing" or make no choice. Analytics cookies are kept for up to 2 years.
The map on the contact page is loaded from Google Maps and fonts from Google Fonts. These services may process technical data such as your IP address under their own privacy policies.
Changing your choice
You can change your cookie choice at any time with the link (also at the bottom of every page). You can also delete or block cookies in your browser; blocking required cookies may stop parts of the site from working.
Bot protection
The contact form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which processes browser and device signals for this purpose. See the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Security
Site traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Only staff who need it for their work can access your data.
