Personal Data Notice (KVKK)
This notice is provided under Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK") to people who visit bordrom.com or contact us. The Turkish version prevails.
1. Data controller
Bordrom is developed and provided by Platin Yazılım. Your personal data is processed by the following company as data controller:

Payroll and employee data processed in the Bordrom application (app.bordrom.com, benim.bordrom.com) is outside the scope of this notice. The employer using the application is the data controller for that data; we process it on the employer's behalf under our contract with them.
3. How data is collected
Directly from you through the contact form, email and phone, and automatically through cookies and server logs while you use the site.
4. Transfers
- Service providers: hosting and security (Cloudflare), email delivery and mailbox (SMTP2GO, Zoho), analytics and tag management (Google). Some of these providers have servers outside Türkiye; such transfers are made in line with Article 9 of KVKK.
- Authorized public authorities: when legally required.
We do not sell your data or share it with third parties for their marketing.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept for up to 2 years after the request is closed, or for the period required by law if a contract is signed. Security logs are kept for the legally required period. Data is then deleted, destroyed or anonymized.
6. Your rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may ask whether your data is processed, request information about it, learn its purpose and the third parties it is transferred to, request correction, deletion or destruction, object to results produced solely by automated analysis, and claim compensation for damages caused by unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
Send your request with information verifying your identity in writing to the address above or by email to [email protected]. We respond free of charge within 30 days at the latest.
